Empower4Employment Projesi' nin Fikri Çıktıları Çok Yakında Kullanıcıların Hizmetine Sunulacaktır!!!
📌Valiliğimiz koordinatörlüğünde yürütülen Empower4Employment Projesi (Erasmus+ KA204)' nin fikri çıktılarının geliştirilmesi sürecinde son aşamaya gelinmiştir.
İş-Eşleştirme Platformu, Beceri ve Yeterliliklerin Belirlenmesi El Kitabı ve Eğitim Müfredatı olmak üzere toplamda 3 fikri çıktı geliştirilmektedir. Çok yakında hedef grupların kullanımına hazır hale gelecektir. Proje ile iş arayan yetişkinlere önemli istihdam fırsatları yaratılırken, evde bakım sektöründe doğru işe doğru kişinin yönlendirilmesi ve sektörün ihtiyaçlarının desteklenmesi sağlanacaktır.
📌Projenin fikri çıktılarının liderleri ve proje koordinatörü ile gerçekleştirilen toplantıda son aşamalar ile ilgili değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır.

📌The process of developing the intellectual outputs of the Empower4Employment Project (Erasmus+ KA204), carried out under the coordination of our Governor's Office, has reached the final stage.
A total of 3 intellectual outputs are being developed, namely Job-Matching Platform, Skills and Competences Determination Handbook, and Training Curriculum. It will be ready for use by target groups very soon. With the project, important employment opportunities will be created for job seekers, while directing the right person to the right job in the home care sector and supporting the needs of the sector will be ensured.
📌In the meeting held with the leaders of the intellectual outputs of the project and the project coordinator, evaluations were made about the final stages.
